He proposes work conservatively and offers options to go further but doesn’t push them. Among what he’s done for us- he spent an Easter weekend excavating our front lawn for an emergency service line replacement, setup a new forced-exhaust water heater for us, and replaced an old drum trap with a P-trap along with a rusting-out drainpipe.
